401호로 빌렸으나
1.에어컨은 제대로 작동도 안되고
2.청소는 안하는듯 걸레는 까많게 변해버리고.
3.문을 잘안열어두는지 빨래는 다널려있는데...
냄새가 나고~
4.야경은 크게 볼것도 없고...
5.벌레천국(들어가자마자 벌레시체10구 이상들...)
장점이라고하면 앞 산책로는 괜찮아요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강이 바로 보여 뷰는 좋은데 창문에 거미줄, 물때 때문에 조금 아쉬움. 난방은 전기패널이라 훈훈하긴 하지만, 우풍이 조금 있어 코끝이 살짝 시려움. 룸 컨디션은 좋음. 층간소음 및 계단은 좀 아쉽네요. 엘베까지 바라는건 아닌데 무릎건강이 안좋으신분들은 힘들수 있음. 배달상권도 좋고, 시내랑도 가까움. 따뜻한물 잘 나오고 수압도 좋음.
You can see the river right away, so the view is good, but it's a little disappointing because of the spider webs and scales on the windows. The heating is an electric panel, so it's warm, but there's a bit of a gust of wind, so the tip of my nose is slightly itchy. Room condition is good. The noise between floors and stairs is a bit disappointing. I don't want an elevator, but it can be difficult for those with poor knee health. Good delivery area and close to downtown. Good hot water and good water pressure.
