★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 건물설계 엉망이고... 세대수에 비해 현저하게 적은 엘리베이터. 출퇴근 헬이구요. 주차장 설계 어떻게 이럴수있는지...? 주차장 입구는 너무 좁아 통로마다 벽에 긁힌자국으로 가득하고, 주차 차간 간격이 너무 좁아서 맨날 게다리로 지나다려야해요. 절대 더이상 살고싶지않은곳.
 The design of the building is messed up ... significantly less elevators than the number of households. Commuter Hell. Parking Lot Design How can this be? The entrance to the parking lot is so narrow that every aisle is filled with scratches on the walls, and the spaces between the parking spaces are so small that you have to walk through the crab every day. I never wanted to live anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved living here. Location is phenomenal, you are conveniently located at samgajki subway and there is also a bus stop across the street. Within the building there is a gym, two convenience stores, a salon, nail shop, multiple restaurants and a jazz bar. The only negative thing I would say is that the there is a lot of street noise and the walls are a bit thin. I could often hear my neighbors. But I think most apartments are like that. Bonus there is also a fresh farmers market that comes to the side street every Thursday for fresh and affordable produce. I miss it a lot.
