1번 후추맛이 강하다.2전 홀이 늦다.3번 뼈 닭갈비다
1번 후추맛이 강해 호불호가 갈린다. 요즘 신세대들은 좋아 할수도 있다. 후추맛이 강해 강렬한 느낌을 준다 마치 BBQ 후라이드를 먹는 기분이 들수도 있다.하지만 연세 있으신 어르신들은 별로일거다 단백한 맛이 아니라 자극적인 느낌이여서 어르신들은 별로이다.
2번 홀이 늦다. 손님이 엄청 많을 때 답도 없다. 알바를 별로 안쓴다. 그래서 홀 유동성이 떨어진다. 테이블은 치우지 않고 방치한 상태이고 주문도 늦고, 다 늦는다. 답답한 사람은 가지마라.
3번 뼈 닭갈비다.
요즘은 다 순살로 닭갈비로 하는데 여기는 철판에 볶아서 하는 집인데도 뼈있는 닭을 사용한다. 이건 호불호가 있어 작성한다.

Nowadays, all of them are made with raw chicken ribs, but this is a restaurant that is fried on an iron plate, but chicken with bones is used. I write this because I have likes and dislikes.
