허	허진우 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛난 음식 천지입니다^^ 값싼 부페식당의 이미지를 씻어낸 곳입니다. 흔한 기사식당 부페스타일이지만, 메뉴 하나하나가 엄마의 손맛을 느끼게 해 주는 곳이라 자주 들리게 됩니다. 굳이 표현하자면 특출나게 맛있는 메뉴는 (개인적으로 푸짐하게 나오는 가자미튀김이지만), 특별히 없지만, 어느 것 하나 빠지는 맛 없이 엄마의 손맛이 느껴집니다. 매일 기본적인 서너가지 반찬 말고는 새로운 메뉴가 제공되는데, 사장님 손맛인지 주방이모 손맛인지 몰라도 아련히 기억 속에 남아있는 추억의 맛을 재현해 주시는 곳입니다. 부페식으로 운영되기에 일찍 떨어지는 반찬도 있지만 리필도 바로비로 해 주시고, 재료가 소진되면 대신 다른 메뉴를 신속하게 해 주시지요. 어제는 반찬이 떨어진게 있어서 미안하다면서 추억의 계란후라이를 해 주셔서 감동했습니다. 부담없는 가격(2021년 1월 기준 7천원^^)에 아주 만족스럽게 추천할 수 있는 곳입니다. 조만간 저녁시간에 판매한다는 삼겹살도 맛보러 가 볼 예정입니다. To put it bluntly, the menu is exceptionally delicious (though personally, the fried flounder comes out generously), but there is nothing special, but I can feel the taste of my mother's hand without missing any taste. A new menu is provided every day other than the basic three or four side dishes, and it is a place that recreates the taste of memories that remain in our memories, even if it is the taste of the chef or the chef's aunt. Because it is a buffet, there are some side dishes that run out early, but refills are made with a barobi, and when the ingredients run out, they quickly order other menu items instead. Yesterday, I was moved because I was sorry that I ran out of side dishes and made a memorable fried egg. It is a place that can be recommended very satisfactorily at an affordable price (7,000 won as of January 2021). I'm planning on going to try the pork belly, which is sold for dinner soon.
