★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make your own dish.. select the ingredients yoy want to eat. Varieties are shimp, octopus, quail egg, sausage, fish cakes, glass noodles, flat glass noodles, variety of rice cakes, lettuce, leek, ramen, bean sprouts, variety of mushrooms..... spicy level can be adjusted from 0 to 4.... they add either beef or lamb meat based on your choice. Lamb meat was a bit under cooked. i found it a little expensive too. It'd be better if 2people can share the bowl..taste of soup is ultimate!
