★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 이집 짬봉을 제대로 만난다면 꽤 잘하는 편에 속한다고 할 수있으나 안타까운게 그 빈도수가 너무 낮다는 것이다.이집 짬봉은 처음에 맛본 그맛으로는 이젠 다른 먼곳에 안가도 되겠구만 했지만 그 기대가 얼마가지 못한게 아쉽다~왜 일정하게 맛을 못낼까~대체적으로 짬봉은 여름에 맛없어 지지만 항상 동일한 맛을 내 주길 주인이 알았으면 싶다~
처음 그 맛만 내면 정말 잘하는 곳인데....
이집 짜장도 여러번 주문해 먹은 결과 제대로 된날은 제법 맛있었다,
하지만 대체로 엉망으로 와서 주문하기가 꺼려진다.
그럴때는 약간 탄냄새와 쓴냄새가 썪여 있고 먹고나서 속이 안좋을 때도 있는데
짜장 소스가 신선도가 떨어짐이 느껴진다. 그날그날 만든거 같지 않고 뭔가 그전날 꺼를 섞어 만들어 삭아 있는 느낌도 든다. 한 두번 팔고 말것이 아니면 신선한 소스를 제공하면
손님이 더 늘어 날것이라고 본다.
