★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time on a Thursday at 10, good and tough class with teacher Rosa. Was the only foreigner but Rosa made sure she gave me some cues in English, so if you do yoga regularly you should be able to pick it up. The timetable online seems to be up-to-date. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been practicing yoga for a year at “Yoga Moon Seoul”. I had experience with couple of other yoga studios before but it wasn’t quite satisfied due to crowds and commercial ambience.
Despite my weak wrists, I tried to find a new place to re-start yoga carefully and this place caught my attention.
First reason I chose Yoga Moon was great location to be honest..only 3 minutes from Sinchon station Exit1. Second, they have various programs and shift the schedule every 2 months. So I never felt bored during a year. You would feel after attending few classes, how much the teachers are passionated and care all the yogis. Third, their lovely studio is always making me comfortable and relaxed. They renewed August 2018 and everything have been maintained so well.
They provide yoga mat, face towel for free rent and 2 shower rooms for female, 1 shower room for male.
If you are not Korean native, I recommend Monday, Wednesday, Saturday morning leading by Uma and Tuesday(all day), Thursday morning leading by Rosa(So-young) because they can help you in English.
