All the teachers are so good that I feel good every time I take class. A place to heal. The mind calms down.

다만 규모가 큰 공간은 아니여서 남자 탈의실 락커룸 샤워실 없음
Teachers' classes are great. Enthusiastic and kindly informed.
However, it is not a large space, so there is no men's changing room, locker room, shower room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 차크라요가에 나온지 3년이 좀 넘었습니다. 저에게는 심신의 수련을 할 수 있는 곳이고 일상생활에 필요한 에너지를 여기에서 받기도 하네요. 전통 요가에 관심이 있으시다면 한번쯤 체험해보시길 권합니다.
It's been a little over 3 years since I appeared in Chakra Yoga. For me, it is a place where I can practice my mind and body, and I also receive the energy needed for my daily life here. If you are interested in traditional yoga, I recommend you to try it at least once.
