그려진 영정이 있는 광한루안에 있는 사당.
실존 인물이라는 근거같은 것이
경북 봉화에 있긴 하고
춘향이 박색이라 죽은 원한을
풀어주기 위하여 지금의 예쁜 모습으로
그렸다는 이야기도 있다.
드라마에 나오던 미인의 모습이 아니라
영정을 보긴 처음이다.
원래 이 사당에 있던 처음 모습은
박색이였던 것을 지금의 예쁜 모습으로
다시 그렸다는 사당의 영정이랜다.
춘향영정이 방년의 모습이라는 것은
삶의 화려했던 시절을 추억하라고
시들어 있는 여러부류의 인간들에게 주는
하나의 위로라고 나름 생각한다.
