★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 닭개장, 닭곰탕, 닭칼국수 하는 집이라고해서 닭개장을 하는곳이 별로없기에 찾아갔습니다. 숨어있어서 지도없이 가기는 좀 어렵습니다. 저는 닭개장 (7,000원) 시켰습니다. 건더기가 숙주, 대파, 닭고기로 이뤄져있고 숙주가 은근히 많습니다. 닭개장을 주로 집에서 먹을때는 숙주외에 고사리 토란등이 들어가는데 그건 아니라 조금 실망했죠. 맛은 조금 짭짤합니다. 닭국물을 우리다보니 달아진 그런 맛입니다. 이집 닭곰탕과 닭개장은 호불호가 갈릴수 있는데, 일단 오래 끓여서 달아진 맛이 짜게 느껴질수 있고, 노계를 푹 삶아서 살코기를 발라 만들기 때문에 닭비린내가 날수 있습니다. 그렇지만 가게 내부를 보면 알수 있듯이 아주 오래 됐음에도 불구하고 유지되고있죠. 오래된것에 비해 장판과 식탁은 청결히 유지하는듯 끈적끈적하지 않았습니다. 테이블은 없고 전부 좌식이기에 어르신들이나 외국인이 오기에는 어려울수 있습니다. 옛날 닭개장이 그리울때는 한번 드시러 가시길 추천합니다. 전 닭칼국수 먹으러 한번 더 가고싶네요. 육수의 짭짤함이 면이랑 어울릴것 같습니다.
