★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1980년대 대형 동사무소 온 느낌. 자동차 명의이전 하는데 1시간 40분 걸렸음. 원스톱 서비스는 없음. 어느 과로 가서 무얼 하라는대로 하는데... 참 후진적인 시스템이라는 느낌이 들었음.
It feels like a large town office in the 1980s. It took an hour and 40 minutes to transfer the name of the car. There is no one-stop service. I went to a class and do what I said ... I felt like a backward system.
