가격이 그렇게 싼것같지는 않음 생각보다 어중간한맛
양은 다른 소곱창집보다 적은듯하다
소스는 집접만드시는것 같지만 애매한 맛
사실 감자가 제일 맛있었어요 염통은 너무 많이 구워져나오고 막창은 질겼습니다
볶음밥은 맛있어요
전체적으로 어중간한 맛들입니다
다른 소스를 추가 하는것도 좋을 것 같아요
부추무침도 너무 시큼한 맛이에요
그래도 곱창전골 한번 먹어보고싶어요

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 연신내에서 20년 넘은 곱창집입니다. 1인분에 2만원이 넘는 곱창집들도 있는데 비해 곱창 가격은 싼 편입니다. 모듬구이는 조금 비싼 느낌이 있네요. 그래도 오랫만에 가서 맛있게 먹었습니다.

소 내장 장사를 하기 전 곱창맛을 구별할 수 없이 그냥 먹을 뿐 이었다.
계속 먹다보니 업장마다 다른 차이를 보인다.
어느 곳은 육우만 취급하고 한우, 육우 섞어서 제공하는 집도 있고 모듬구이도 나오는 메뉴가 제 각각 다르다.
아우성 곱창은 그람수는 나와있지 않지만 대략 400~450g으로 보인다. 주문 즉시 초벌판에 구워서 완조리 상태로 제공 되며 간단한 설명과 함께 잘라 주신다.
간,천엽을 시작으로 소주잔이 흔들리고 곱창, 염통, 막창, 벌집양, 대창이 모듬으로 제공 되며 소곱창에 빠질 수 없는 감자가 함께 등장한다.
부드러운 염통, 느끼하지않고 고소한 소곱창, 백야 양대창 대창보단 풍미가 약하지만 부드러운 대창에 식감 좋은 벌집양으로 2인이 먹기에 구성은 괜찮은 편이다.
다만 곱창을 혼자 굽기에 시간이 요소 되는 단점이 있지만 완조리되어 편하게 즐길 수 있다. 이상 연신내에서 다양한 연령대 사람들에게 사랑받는 아우성소곱창이었다.
