★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 넓은 평수들로만 구성된 아파트로 환경이 쾌적하며, 아파트를 지을 때 좋은 자재를 사용하여 층간소음, 외부소음도 거의 없음. 동서남북에 출입구가 있고 지하철 역 버스정류장이 3분 거리 안에 있어 교통이 편리하고 접근성이 좋으며 큰 평수대로 구성되있어 주차장이 넓고 주차공간이 넉넉함. 주변에 관공서가 많아 늘 주변거리가 깨끗함.
단지내 관리도 매우 잘 되어 있음.
