김	김혜림 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 두명이서 커플세트 먹었어요. 고기는 초벌해서 가져다주셔서 비교적빨리 먹을 수 있어요! 일반적인 삼겹살 집이랑은 조금 다르게 고기가 등갈비살까지 붙어서 통째로 나옵니다. 그러면 껍데기/삼겹살 / 갈빗살 이렇게 나눠서 구워주세요 . 껍데기가 엄청 쫄깃하고 부드럽고 맛있어요. 함께나오는 갈색 소스를 찍어먹었을 때 더맛있는것 같아요. 삼겹살은 기본적인 맛이었고, 오히려 갈빗살이 부드럽고 맛있더라구요. 후식 비냉 시켜서 고기랑 같이먹는것도 추천드려요! 가격은 커플세트 700그람이 48000원이에요. S	Saejun Ahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 성수동 근방에서 맛있다는 얘기를 듣고 방문한 통삼겹살집. 500g/700g/1kg 단위로 판매한다. 특이한 점은 한차례 초벌구이한 껍떼기와 갈비뼈까지 연결된 큰 덩어리의 고기를 차례차례 해체해가며 자리에서 구워준다. 처음엔 껍데기부터 분리해서 먹고 삼겹살은 먹다가 갈비로 마무리하는 순서. 성인남자 2명이서 방문해서 700g 짜리 커플세트 주문. 양이 많을까 고민했는데 뼈가 포함되서 인지 생각보단 많지 않아서 나중에 식사를 추가 주문했다. 솔직히 말하면 기대에 미치진 못했다. 껍데기는 양이나 크기나 감질났고, 갈비도 딱히 감흥은 없었다. 삼겹살 자체는 맛있었다. 다만, 전체적인 반찬의 구성이나 수준도 아쉽고 식사로 주문한 비빔냉면은 달면서 참기름향이 굉장히 강했다. 가성비도 그리 좋은편은 아니라, 장기적으로 경쟁력을 갖추려면 고민이 필요할 듯.
