답변은 지난 주에 산 물건 지금 안나온다하는 니가 이상한거고 난 교환안된다고 써붙여놨고 알아서 하라함(이런거 써붙여도 원랜 법적으로 교환해줘야해요)
내가 그럼 제품자체의 하자는 회사에다 문의하냐 물어보니 알바아니고 니 알아서 하세요~란 식으로 정말 기분나쁘게 응대함
천원 이천원 가격이 중요한게 아니라 판매한 물건에 하자가있으면 교환을 해주고 그 물건 회사에다 얘길 하는게 맞는 거라 생각함
가게의 폄하 의도는 없으며, 도매상이라 대량구매가 많은텐데 볼펜같은 건 하자가 잇어도 교환 안해주니 잘 생각해보고 구매하셔야할듯
