브리스킷은 가격대비 엄청맛나진 않아서 담에가면 폴드포크랑 스페어립 단품으로 시킬거같아요.

I ate all three from the platter.
Surprisingly, the fold fork is the most memorable.
The brisket is not very tasty for the price, so if I go to the wall, I think I will order a folded fork and a spare rib separately.
Addition of corn slaw bun is required.
I added it 3 times with COON SLOW... lol
Oh, the baked beans are delicious too!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undeniably the BEST texas bbq place in Seoul. People say the only flaw of this legit bbq place is its location of Yeonnam neighbourhood, which is bit away from the central part of Seoul. Still, it cannot be a reason not to visit here and experience its soul dish of bbq plates.
A hidden gem among few foodies in this neighbourhood until last year, now became so popular. You have to queue before its opening hour to get a table on weekends. Still, the owner is always humble and friendly, being responsible for his delicate bbq dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit to experience authentic Texas style BBQ. I know this because I'm on a meat( protein) diet. I was invited out to dinner by a friend from Texas, he told me that this was the place to go. It all tasted excellent. The baked beans were pretty sweet, but aside from that, we had several options for sauces. Everything is smoked with oak wood. In fact they stack it right in front of the business. I smoke salmon , not far from this business and I know the time and effort to create quality food. The owner and his staff work around the clock to keep everything in motion. Call and make reservations! Ask if they have Brisket and inquire about anytime else prior to arriving. It is very possible for them to be short on something if you haven't checked ahead. How does it taste? Excellent. Brisket and ribs with pulled pork along with a nice glass of IPA. Don't think twice.
