진료카드를 작성하고 내는데 그 때가 시작이었나봐요. 창구 막히지 않은 쪽으로 드리니까 구태여 창구 막힌 쪽에 조그만 구멍에 넣으라며 퉁명스레 말하더군요. 그냥 그러려니 싶었어요. 가라해서 다시 자리에 와 앉으니 다시 또 뭐라하는데 안들려서 가보니, 진료목적이 뭐녜요. 사랑니 때문에 간 건데 사랑니를 발치할 수 있을지도 없을지도 모르겠어서 ct 찍어보고 알 수 있을 것 같다고 상황을 그대로 말했어요. 그랬더니 ct를 찍고 안찍고는 본인들이 결정하기 때문에 관여하지말고, 목적이 뭐녜요. 발치할 수 있으면 하고싶다는 똑같은 얘기를하니까 가서 앉으래요. 다시 오래요. 주민번호가 틀리대요. 건강보험 든 거 맞녜요. 한참을 실랑이 했는데 직원이 숫자를 잘못입력한거였어요.
