★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 예약이 어렵지만 어렵게 예약한 보람이 있는 가성비 좋은 스시야. 간과 조미 맛이 강하나 지나치지 않아 괜찮다. 접객 또한 괜찮지만 1부에 먹으면 시간에 쫓겨 먹어야 하니 천천히 먹는걸 선호한다면 2부로
It's difficult to make a reservation, but it's a good value for money sushi. The taste of liver and seasoning is strong, but it is not overpowering. Customer service is also fine, but if you eat part 1, you'll be pressed for time, so if you prefer to eat slowly, go to Part 2.

다른 리뷰에서 만큼 요리가 나올때도, 안 나올때도 있는듯. 내가 갔을땐 11개 요리가 나왔지먼 다른날에는 14개? 나왔던거 같음.
요리 자체가 입맛에 안 맞을 수는 있지만 정갈한 분위기와 재료를 돋보이게 하는 요리방법은 아주 좋음
I think it's a good omakase house at a reasonable price.
As in other reviews, there are times when the dishes come out, and there are times when they don't. There were 11 dishes when I went, 14 on the other day? seems to have come out
The dish itself may not be to your taste, but the clean atmosphere and cooking method that makes the ingredients stand out are very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 속초에 보물같은 가격은 미들 맛은 하이앤드급에 오마카세 스시. 개인적으로 속초에 호인스시를 방문하기위해 올만한 수준이라고 생각되고, 마스터가 추천하는 사케는 수준급입니다. 특히, 접시와 음식의 눈으로 먹는 재미까지 갖춘 개인적인 미쉴랭3스타 음식점입니다. 예약필수입니다. 개인적으로 별 7개입니다
In Sokcho, the price is like a treasure, the middle taste is high-end, and omakase sushi. Personally, I think it's good enough to come to Hoin Sushi in Sokcho, and the sake recommended by the master is top-notch. In particular, it is a personal 3-star Michelin restaurant that has the fun of eating with the eyes of a plate and food. Reservation required. I personally give it 7 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely satisfying Japanese style omakase sushi restaurant at Secko.. only issue is that you'd have to call them to make a reservation but I'd say its 100% worth the effort.
The restaurant has typical omakase classic sushis along with Korean favorite (abalone) which reasonably delightful. But, I think the highlight of the restaurant is how it perfects sushi made with local and seasonal ingredients. I'd say everything they served was up to standards with other omakase restaurants in Seoul but these local ingredients made them special and really stand out.
I was so satisfied with the restaurant that I felt like I was getting ripped off at other restaurants at Secko that primarily targeted tourists.
