He was kind and most of all, he handled it very meticulously. The heating bill was very high, but the apartment management office said there was no problem and said a priceless price when replacing.
When I inquired with the owner, he gave me a reasonable estimate after my visit and meticulously replaced the wrong parts.
It is highly recommended!
