★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 물메기탕12,000원.맛은 전통군산식의 맛은 아니고,물메기.무.파.양파고추가루.등으로찌게(탕)만들어서 별미스런것을못느끼겠는데 사람들은얼큰하고좋다하니사람들이참이상하네요.진짜군산물메기탕은,멸치다싯물.반건조시킨물메기.알.무.대파.양파.콩나물.다진마늘.고추가루약간.후추가루.쑥갓등을넣고10정도끓여내어야만 진짜물메기탕입니다.또,물메기지리탕맛도 이와유사한데,요즘,요식업하시는분들의 의식수준이 예전어른들의솜씨를50%반도못따라가는것같아못내아쉽네요.얼큰한것은,고추가루가아니고,후추가루로잡아야하는데말예요.

반찬에 조기조림, 조기구이, 제육볶음이 나와서
탕이 끓기도 전에 밥 한 그릇 순삭임.
인당 1.2만짜리 아구탕이 양 많고 맛있네요.
사장님이 반찬 더 줄까도 물어봐주시고
맛도 친절도 아주 좋은 집입니다.
다른 메뉴도 먹고 싶은 거 투성이라
조만간 또 갈 거 같음.
