★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd main attraction of Taejongsa Island. We We visited the lighthouse and the surroundings structures. We also had sea pineapple all the way at the base of the lighthouse. It was rather expensive at 3 pieces for 10k won. But it was our first virgin try and given such a nice sea view at the backdrop, can be considered a worthwhile purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrun with crowds but it's still very nice. I bought ramen from the shop and ate it down on the rocks. The locals like to have means there. There are also locals preparing fresh seafood down on the rocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is gonna be around 300 metres trail downwards to go up to the light house with people returning all out of breath and guiding to not go as its a steep walk back up. However, it's worth every extra step you'll have to take to go there. While returning, rather than taking the same route back which is less steep, i would recommend taking the steeper route that goes ahead rather than going back. Its just 40 steps to the max and you can take a break after 20 steps as there is a beautiful place to sit there on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't mind walking up and down the stairs, this is a very nice place to visit. Good view, fresh air, just take your time to wondering around the place, including walking down to the shore to get fresh sea food from fisherman families.
