500원밖에 안하지만 유료로 하는 세척이면 부분고장(먼지털이만 가능, 물세척 불가) 표시를 해놔야하는게 아닌지.

If it's only 500 won, but it's a paid washing, shouldn't it be marked as a partial failure (only dust can be removed, can't be washed with water).
