나는 전라도 사람은 아니지만 다다한정식정도면 아마 이 지역구를 대표하는 최고급 레스토랑일 것이다. 음식메뉴 하나하나가 너무나 맛있는것은
어찌보면 당연하기도 한 것이어서 더 언급할 필요가 없을 것 같다.
이 가게가 시장을 압살하는 비결은
좀 더 자세히 들여다볼 필요가 있다.
나는 이집에 지난 7년동안 오늘까지 단 세번왔을 뿐인데 직원분은 나를 기억해준다.
압도적으로 맛있는 흑임자 수프를 이번에도
한그릇 더 부탁했는데 직원분은 한그릇을 더 내주고 다시 한번 한그릇을 더 내주었다. 나는 총 세그릇을 얻어먹은 것이다.
그 짧은 순간에 아이의 부모로서의 고충을 서로 이야기하기도 했는데 돌아보니 놀랍도록 잘 편집된 대화였다. 동네 기사식당에서나 만날법한 따뜻한 인심과 다정함을, 사실 조금은 차갑게도 느껴지는 이렇게 큰 식당에서 마주한게 당황스럽기까지 하다.
화장실도 없는 콧구멍만한 가게에서,
찌개 육수좀 더 달라고했더니
추가금을 내라는 얘길 듣고 역시 당황했던
옛날일이 생각난다.
잘되는 집은 끝없이 잘되고.
안되는 집은 끝없이 망해간다.
요식업 시장은 비정하기 이를데없다.
다다한정식의 빈틈없는 완벽함을 마주하니까
현실이 너무 가혹해서 조금은 슬퍼진다

I'm not a Jeolla-do person, but if I'm about to eat more Korean food, I'm probably a top-notch restaurant representing this district. Every single food menu is so delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여수 시내 중심가쪽이라 이동이 편리하며 예식장 건물이 있어서 주차공간이 넓어서 좋다.
2인 방문시에는 조금 가성비가 떨어지나
4인부터는 나름 가성비가 좋은거 같다.
다른 지방의 한정식과 틀린 점은 회 종류가 많이 나온다는 점.
음식은 대체로 무난한 편이며
특히 일 하시는 아주머들이 친절하다.

From 4 people, I think the price ratio is good.
What is different from other locals is that there are many types of sashimi.

예전에 나오던 육회등등도 없고 생선회 4인이 먹기엔 턱없이 부족, 한사람이 한점씩 여섯가지 정도 됩니다
양도 적고 먹을게 별로 없음
밥 반찬으로 나온 생선은 4인에 조기 한마리 나옴
후식으로 과일도 없음 걍 집에 가야됨

금액 올랐으면 변경해 놔야지 5만원 더 비싸고 랍스타,연포탕도 안나옴. 16만원 인줄 알고 그런갑다 했는데 집에와서 계산서 보니 21만원. 허걱~ 소주도 비싸고
I ate for 3 VIPs and it was not good for the price.
If the price goes up, you have to change it. It's 50,000 won more expensive, and there are no lobster or lotus soup. I thought it was 160,000 won, so I thought it was okay, but when I got home, I looked at the bill and it was 210,000 won. Heh, soju is expensive too
