김	김호연 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 강남의 평범한 아파트입니다. 강남인지라 좀 작고 엄청 비싸지만 세브란스병원, 이마트, 초/중/고가 도보 10분 이내에 있다는 건 상당히 매력적이었습니다. 학원가는 한 20분쯤 걸어야 나옵니다. 아파트에는 놀이터도 있고 배드민턴장도 있어서 가끔씩 운동하기에 좋고요, 주차공간은 약간 부족합니다. A normal apartment in Gangnam. As it's in Gangnam, it's quite expensive and small. But, the fact that there are a big hospital, a big grocery store, Primary/Secondary school within a ten-minutes walk is an attractive part of this apartment. You can get to the academies in 20 minutes of walking. There are playgrounds and has a little badminton court, which made it easier for more exercises. There are a bit of lack of parking spaces. This is an ordinary apartment in Gangnam. It's a bit small and very expensive because it's in Gangnam, but it was quite attractive to find Severance Hospital, E-Mart, and elementary/middle/highway within 10 minutes on foot. You have to walk about 20 minutes to go to the school. The apartment also has a playground and a badminton court, so it's great for exercising occasionally, and parking is a bit scarce.
