강	강현주 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 역삼역 근처에 위치한 메인 메뉴가 편백찜이다. 하지만 우린 샤브샤브를 주문했다. 소고기 등심이 없어서 이베리코 샤브샤브를 주문하며 맑은 국물에 돼지고기 샤브샤브.. 과연 괜찮을까.. 라는 의문으로 음식을 기다려 이베리코를 한장씩 넣으며 맛봤다. 우려와는 달리 부드러운 고기 질감과 소스의 조화, 그리고 담백한 국물맛.. 너무 맛있었다. 야채와 고기를 다먹고 남은 국물에 우동면을 넣어서 먹었는데 우동면의 탱탱함도 합격~ 모두가 만족한 점심식사였다. The main menu located near Yeoksam Station is steamed cypress. But we ordered shabu shabu. I didn't have beef sirloin, so I ordered Iberico shabu-shabu, and I waited for the food with the question of whether it would be okay... After I ate all the vegetables and meat, I put udon noodles in the remaining broth, and the firmness of the udon noodles passed. It was a satisfying lunch for everyone.
김	김갬마 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인덕션이 하나라 여러명이 가도 편백찜이나 샤브샤브 주문으로 통일해야함. 3인분 먹은 후 1인분만 추가 안된다고 해서 배가 부른데도 2인분 주문. 편백찜은 맛있어요. 오징어 초무침도요. Since there is only one induction, even if several people go, they must order the steamed cypress or shabu-shabu. After eating 3 servings, I ordered 2 servings even though I was full because only 1 serving was not allowed. Steamed cypress is delicious. Also pickled squid.
