정	정해주 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 치즈스틱 시키고 케찹 좀 달랬더니 안된다고 해서 그럼 어떻게 하면 케찹 받을 수 있냐고 물었다. 근데 무조건 케찹 안준다고 했다. 그럼 혹시 돈받고 파냐고 물었더니 한숨 푹쉬고 케찹 탁 내려놓으면서 맛.있.게.드.세.요 라고 했다. 기분이 상했고 따지고 싶었지만 한참 나이드신 아주머니께 뭐라고 할 수도 없었다. 찾아봤더니 본사 방침상 포테이토를 시켜야 제공이 된다고 하더라. 소비자가 이걸 어찌암? 설명을 해주던가 무조건 안된다고 하고 나중에 주면서 그 태도는 무엇인지 ㅠ 내가 진상인가? 본사가 주지말라고 해서 안된다고 하던가~ 포테이토 시키라고 하던가~ 무조건 신경질적으로 안된다고만 하면 알았다고하고 돌아가길 바란건지 본사에 컴플레인 걸었는데 이 지점에 뭐 잘 전달된지는 모르겠지만 다신 안가고 다른 브랜드 햄버거집 갈거다. I ordered cheese sticks and asked for some ketchup, but they said no, so I asked how I could get ketchup. But he said no ketchup. Then, when I asked if I could sell it for money, I took a deep breath and put down the ketchup and said it was delicious. I was offended and wanted to argue, but I couldn't say anything to the old lady. I looked it up and they said that according to the company policy, you have to order potatoes to be served. How can consumers do this? What is the attitude of giving an explanation or saying no, and giving it later ㅠ Am I the truth? The main office told me not to give it to me, so they said no~ I told them not to give it to me~ If I was nervous, I said I knew it and wanted to return.
