두꺼운데 안느끼하고 감칠맛이 깡패임
목을 넘어갈때 감칠맛의 펀치가 느껴진다
다른 숙성회도 맛있지만 연어를 추천함
salmon is crazy
It's thick, but I don't feel it, and the umami taste is a gangster.
You can feel the umami punch as it goes down your throat.
Other aged sashimi are also delicious, but salmon is recommended.
