★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저번달, 예약을 하려고 전화를 했었습니다. 전화 받으신 분이 당일 예약은 손님이 많아서 안된다고 하였지만, 그래도 혹시나 하고 매장을 방문을 하였는데 전혀 사람이 없어서 바로 컷트를 하였습니다.
그리고 이번달에도 방문을 하였는데, 마감을 하였다는 소리를 들었습니다. 그래서 저는 "네? 8시 30분 마감 아닌가요? 지금 7시 10분인데.. "라고 말하였고. 원장이라는 사람은 직원한테 염색? 파마?를 받고 있었고, 내일 다시 오라는 소리를 하더군요.. 이런 상황에서 죄송하다는 말이 먼저가 아닌지?
마감시간은 고객과의 기본 약속인데..
가게 이름 참 잘~ 지었다..

And I visited again this month, and I heard that it was closed. So I said, "Yes? Isn't it 8:30? It's 7:10 now..." Does the person called the director dye the staff? He was getting a perm, and he told me to come back tomorrow.. Shouldn't it be the first thing to say sorry in this situation?
Deadline is a basic promise with customers.
The name of the store is really good..
