연령대별로 등급이 판정됩니다.
3월간 열심히 운동한 후 다시 검사받으려고요.
본인의 건강과리를 위해 적극 활용하시면 좋을 것 같아요~♡~
There is a National Fitness Certification Center on the 5th floor, so I made a reservation in advance and went to take the test.
Grades are determined by age group.
I'm going to get tested again after working out hard for 3 months.
I think it would be good to use it actively for your own health and well-being~♡~
