It is quiet and the facilities are clean. However, the collection is a bit small. Instead, most of them will be provided if you apply for the required book as the desired book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전 주로 2층에서 책 빌리는거 위주로 이용하는데 상호대차로 다른 도서관 책도 빌릴 수 있고 희망도서도 시간은 걸리지만 잘 처리해주는 편이에요 전반적으로 만족합니다.
I mainly use book borrowing on the 2nd floor, but you can borrow books from other libraries through mutual lending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole facility is very well-kept and clean. The staff are all very helpful and kind. They disinfect the whole library during lunchtime (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM). The book selection isn't very large, but you can also borrow from the other Osan libraries, as they're all connected. You can check-out up to 20 books at a time, 5 books per library. They also have DVDs available that you can watch, as well as computers for guests to use on the 2nd floor. The study rooms on the 4th floor are great. You should first reserve a seat on the 1st floor. The seats are strategically placed to practice social distancing. The only concern is that the parking lot can get filled quite quickly. Other than that, great library!
