★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 전화로 엔진오일 부동액교환 가격 문의 했더니 전화받으신 분이 단호하고 퉁명한 목소리로 "전화로 가격문의는 안됩니다!" 하고 끊을때는 "불편한 하루 되십시요~" 하는거에요 그냥 끊기는 했는데 황당해서.. 끊고나서 잘못들은건가? 했어요 정비는 잘하는지 모르겠지만 전화받으시는 분 응대가 좋지 않았습니다. 다른 블루 핸즈는 상냥하고 친절하던데 비교되네요.
When I inquired about the price of engine oil antifreeze exchange by phone, the person who answered the phone answered in a firm and clear voice. When you quit, you say, "Have an uncomfortable day~" I just quit, but I'm embarrassed. I'm not sure if I'm good at maintenance, but the response to the call was not good. The other blue hands are nice and friendly, but it compares.
