설	설다 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 새삼 전라도 먹거리에 대한 자부심을 느꼈다 . 영남 사람이 서울에서 자라 영남식 음식과 서울식 음식으로 살다 .....이제 겨우 전라도 김치 맛을 알게 되었고 ...지난 동지에 서울 올라가면서 먹어 본 휴게소 동지 죽과 본죽 집의 밥알 이 팥 보다 많은 밥 에 팥죽을 말은 팥죽 아닌 팥죽을 먹어 보고 전라도 팥죽의 팥 앙금만의 진짜 죽 은 이런 것이다 ......라는 걸 느껴 오늘도 진미 팥죽을 찾아 가 보았다 .....소문 대로 역시나 팥죽에 명품 이라는 이름을 써도 되겠다 싶은 만족감은 내 혀 와 배도 느꼇을 것 이다 . 단지에 담아 둔 배추김치와 잘 익은 무우 깍두기 역시 전라도 손 맛 이 그대로 묻어나는 개미가 있는 명품 김치 였다 . 다음 엔 호박 죽 과 칼국수를 먹어 보겠습니다..
