김	김효정 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직접 가서a/s를 받아보고 세탁기가 고장이나서 a/s를 받아봤지만 너무 불친절하세요특히세탁기고치러오신김태석씨오기 싫은거 억 지로 마지못해서오셔서 내일 당장 그만두시는것처럼 행동 하십니다 설명도 하는둥 마든둥하시고 마지못해 오셔서 해주시는데 기분이 그렇게 유쾌하지는 않습니다. 원래 성격이 그러신건지 앞집에서 기분 상하는 일이 있으셨는지는 모르겠지만 그렇게 안하셨으면 좋겠습니다. 과한 친절까지는 바라지도 않지만 기본적인 설명이나 이런거는 해주셔야죠. 하는둥 마는둥 쫒아가서 물어보면 겨우 대답해주시고 빨리 대충하고 가시려는것 같습니다. 알아보고연락준다고해놓고는연락도없고 직접전하니전화는안받고 연제구자한당예비후보선거운동하고다니시면서본업에는관심도없으십니다.고객센터에2번전화해서선거운동하러다니신다하니바로전화오시더라구요.전화와서가타부타말도없고필요한말만하고바로끝어버리시네요.할말이없네요 I went to receive a / s in person and received a / s because the washing machine broke down, but you are so unkind. 장	장미옥 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 날씨는 더운데 냉장고는 그장나고~써비스센터 전화 몇시간씩 안받고 대표번호 전화하고 세부적으로 여기저기 전화해도 안받고. 결국 써비스센터 쫓아가서 직접접수해도 모레간다하고~전화왜안받느냐 물으니 모른다하고 3일후 방문한 기사는 냉장고 뒤적거리다가 밥먹으러가서 1시간 넘게 있다가오고~요금을 25만원 달라해서 20만원밖에 없다니 바로 ok! 애초에 20만원만 부르지 안깎았으면 그대로 바가지,! 질러버렸습니다.일단 전화번호는 미쳤다고 대표번호 해놓고 왜안받는겨? The weather is hot, but the refrigerator is so good~ You don't receive calls to the service center for a few hours, you can call the main number, and you can't call in detail. In the end, the service center went after the service center and said that it was the day after tomorrow. If you didn't call only 200,000 won in the first place, just go over it!
