Once there, he offered ice coffee and then I saw his professionalism and skill as he worked to replace the old Alpine stereo in my 2000 Kia Retona! After, the unit was installed. He noticed a speaker was not working! He quickly took care of his appointment, but then quickly rewired the speaker that wasn't working! Great customer service, professional store, exceptional and talented installer! Not only 5 stars, but two thumbs up!!
