차	차주현 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 합정역 바로 앞에 위치한 삼겹살집이다. 요새 인기있는 숙성 스타일은 아니고, 너무 두껍지 않은 삼겹살을 돌판에 구워먹는 옛날 스타일이다. 고기가 맛있다기 보다는, 김치와 함께 먹는 맛으로 먹는다. 여기서 먹고 나면 지하철을 타는 것이 조금 민망해질만틈 고기 냄새가 빠지지를 않는다. It is a samgyeopsal restaurant located right in front of Hapjeong Station. It's not a popular style of aging, but it's an old-fashioned style of grilling pork ribs that are not too thick. Rather than eating delicious meat, eat it with the taste of kimchi. After eating here, taking the subway will be a little embarrassing, but the smell of meat will not go out.

S	SJ Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 김치삼겹살이 맛없기가 힘들다. 하지만 뭔가 묘하게 조금더 생각나는 곳. 상당히 오랜 시간(내가 알기로 10년 이상) 영업을 하면서 기름의 냄새가 묘하게 베어나서 더 생각이 나는건지, 이전하기 전 위치가 합정역 나오자마자여서 그 강렬한 기억때문인지는 확실하지 않지만, 김치삼겹살의 대표하는 곳 중 한곳이 되지 않았나 생각된다. Kimchi pork belly is hard to taste. But something strangely reminds me. I'm not sure if the oil smells strange after I've been in business for a long time (more than 10 years), and it's because of its intense memory as soon as I moved out of Hapjeong station. I think it's one of those places.

B	Bettie Bae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 신김치생삼겹살ㅡ 합정역 5번출구에서 오른쪽으로 꺽으면 바롭니다. 반지하처럼 보이지만 옆에 주차장에선 가게 내부가 보이는 구조입니다. 계단을 내려가보면 옆에 웨이팅 자리를 위한 의자도 마련되어있고 퇴근시간이면 만석이라서 몇번 못가봤는데 가게 이전하고는 처음 가봤어요. 역시나 사람 많더군요. 메뉴는 생삼겹과 목살만 있습니다. 저희는 삼겹을 주문했구요 삼겹과 신김치는 꿀조합입니다요! 직원분이 고기와 김치를 올려주면 저희의 취향에 따라 구워먹습니다. 김치의 위치는 옮기면 안 된다는 안내문이..! 반찬으로 주는 콩나물 무침도 불판에 올리면 괜시리 양념때문에 타기만 합니당 그래서 반찬으로 드셔야해요. 고기에 찍어먹는 콩가루도 주는데 원래 껍데기에만 찍어먹다가 일반 삼겹에도 이렇게 잘 어울릴수가.. 볶음밥은 보라색 흑미밥에 비벼줍니다. 역시 마무으리는 볶음밥이죠 ;) Shin Kimchi Fresh Pork Belly Turn right at Hapjeong Station Exit 5 and you will be right. It looks like a ring underneath, but you can see the inside of the shop from the parking lot next door. If you go down the stairs, there are chairs for the waiting area next to you. There are a lot of people. The menu has only fresh pork and neck. We ordered three layers and the combination of three layers and Shin Kimchi is honey! The staff puts meat and kimchi and cooks it according to our taste. Notice that the location of kimchi should not be moved ..! Even soybean sprouts served as a side dish are burned because of the seasoning, so you have to eat it as a side dish. Soybeans are also eaten on meat, but they can only be eaten on the shell, but they can go well with normal samgyeopsop. It's also a fried rice;)

P	Phoebe Toh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way overdue review because we can't travel right now and I'm reminiscing. This was a random find that turned out to be an absolute gem. Photos from 2017, 2018 and 2019. The pork belly was good. Kimchi was amazing and the fried rice at the end was what sealed the deal for us. If you can't tell, we're tourists with a very rudimentary grasp of the language. When we visited, the staff were wary (likely due to language barrier) but not rude and tried their best to be helpful. They had an English menu on our last visit. So I guess it's tourist-friendlier now. Definitely avoid meal times, the wait can be really long. Also be prepared to smell like bbq afterwards. The old space in front of the station exit was definitely better in terms of ventilation compared to the new underground space.
