★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6년동안 꾸준히 점검받는 동안 항상 친절했고, 정비사님의 설명 또한 이해하기 쉬웠음. 정비시간은 댜략 1~2시간에 해결되었으며 대기시간은 때에 따라 다르지만 주중엔 30분 내외, 주말은 1시간 내외였음. 대부분의 부품은 보유하고 있으나 큰 파트나 대규모 작업에 대해선 사전 예약이 필요함. 2층에 고객 휴계실 있으며 간단한 음료를 제공함.(코로나19 때문에 현재는 중단함)
During the continuous inspection for 6 years, I was always kind, and the mechanic's explanation was easy to understand. Maintenance time was resolved in about 1-2 hours, and the waiting time varies depending on the occasion, but it was around 30 minutes on weekdays and about 1 hour on weekends. Most parts are in stock, but advance reservation is required for large parts or large-scale work. There is a rest room for customers on the 2nd floor, and offers light drinks. (Currently discontinued due to Corona 19)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 여기는 친절하기만 한 곳이죠. 정비는 오일교환 정도만 하시기 바랍니다.
1. 타이어 편마모가 있어서 정비문의 하니 무상정비는 본사에 문의해야 하니 기다리면 연락 한다더니 1년 넘게 무소식. 포기 함.
2. 문 잠금장치에 이상이 있어서 정비 문의하니 부품 주문하고 도착하면 연락한다며 수 개월째 무소식. 몇 달 더 기다려 보려고 함.
3. 스마트키의배터리를 교환해 달라고 했는데 집에 오는길에 배터리 부족하다고 메시지 뜸. 이 사람들이 대체뭘 한거지? 바로 마트가서 내 돈으로 구매하고 갈아 낌.
4. 운전석 와이퍼의 하단부가 떨림이 심하다고 했는데 봐준다고 했지만 여전히 떨림.
5. 파워 트렁크의 자동잠금 기능이 불량이어서 문의 했더니 보증기간이 지나서 교환비용이 78만원 든다고 하길래 수리를 안하려다가서울 서부사업소에 문의하니 5만5천원에 수리 가능하다고 해서 오늘 수리 다녀옴. 여기 정비 기술이 바닥이라는 증거.
6. 주행거리가 4만 킬로미터 정도였는데 타이어 교환하라고 하길래 아직 멀쩡한데 앞 뒤로 크로스 교환하라고 했더니 머쓱해 함. 모르는 사람이면 덤탱이 쓰기 좋음.
이런 글 안쓰려고 하다가 5번 사항때문에 열 받아서 참고하시라고 후기 남깁니다.
This is just a friendly place. For maintenance, only change the oil.
1. There is unbalanced tire wear, so I asked for maintenance, so I had to contact the head office for free maintenance. Abandoned.
2. There was a problem with the door lock, so when I inquired about maintenance, they said that they would contact me when they arrived after ordering parts, so there was no news for several months. Trying to wait a few more months.
3. I asked to change the battery of the smart key, but on the way home, I got a message saying the battery is low. What the hell did these people do? I went straight to the mart and bought it with my own money and changed it.
4. The lower part of the wiper on the driver's side said that it vibrated badly, but it still vibrates.
5. When I inquired because the automatic locking function of the power trunk was defective, they said that the replacement cost was 780,000 won because the warranty period had passed. Proof that maintenance skills are the bottom here.
6. The mileage was about 40,000 km. When I asked to change the tires, I was still in good shape, but when I asked to change the front and rear crosses, I was embarrassed. If you don't know, it's good to write Dumtang.
I'm not going to write this kind of post, but I'm excited about point 5 so I'm leaving a review for you to take a look at.
