하지만, 기간제 근무자를 제외한 정규직 도서관 직원들 또한 양평군 소속 공무원 으로서, 양평군 공무원 노조라는 이기적 집단의 영향 하에 있는 조직 이기에, 이용자의 편의 보다는 자신들의 편의가 우선이고 다 취하려 드는 공무원 노조 라는 조직의 특성이 운영상에 있어서 심심치 않게 나타나고는 합니다.(연휴, 공휴일 미 운영 등.)
이런 점 들은, 수 많은 견제의 눈 들로 인하여 공무원조노가 양평군 처럼 쉽게, 이기적으로 패악질 부리지 못하고 있는 성남시와 같은 대형 지자체를 벤치마킹 해 보고 반성 좀 하라고 진지하게 권하고 싶을 정도 입니다.
