익산에서 오랫동안 중화요리를 해오시다가 잠시 대만에 계시다가 돌아오셨다. 수제로 만드시는 만두가 일품.
군만두는 바로바로 튀겨주시기 때문에 더욱 맛있다.
된장짜장은 우렁된장에 국수를 말아먹는 느낌. 면을 바로 뽑으셔서 면이 찰지다.
탕수육과 된장짜장 등 전체적으로 요리의 간이 자극적이지 않아 쉽게 물리지 않는다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 면이 너무 맛있네요… 만두나 탕수육 너무 간단하면서도 깔끔한 맛! 된장 짜장은 제스타일은 아니였어요 ㅠ
The noodles are so delicious… Dumplings or sweet and sour pork are so simple yet clean! Soybean paste jjajang was not my style.
