★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful and efficient! I had been looking all over for a phone plan to change to, and came across Woori Mobile while looking around. I saw that they had a pretty nice reputation from all their reviews, and it's totally true! As a foreigner, their website was clear, and it was easy to contact them over Facebook Messenger! Having the staff speak in English while I'd been dreading to go through some experiences with language barriers my friends had was such a relief. Overall, they were so helpful in answering my questions and setting me up!

I heard a lot of good things from other people so I’m looking forward to getting a long-term phone plan at an affordable price. The details were also clearly stated and I think the free cancellation period after 6 months is quite fair for foreigners who may not be in Korea for multiple years. I can also register online which is convenient!

Just write a message and Woori mobile promptly respond. You actually finish the dead within minutes. I strongly recommend this service, whether you are going to buy a new number or are transferring from an existing number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Available with English language, for foreigners to have a better service. Staff member I talked to was friendly and supportive and response was super fast. I got the service done only by text messages and it was great. Packages available here are much cheaper comparatively. Had a great after service experience too. Highly recommend for any foreigner whos planing to stay in Korea either short term or long term. They have options according to our needs.

I was paying more for 2.5GB of monthly data before switching.
Now I have 100GB. The customer service was amazing and they even helped me set up home wifi, as well as connecting me with someone in my city who could set it all up for me.
By far the smoothest experience I've had with a phone company in Korea.
