★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 국민은행에서 해결하기가 어려운 문제라 국민은행 직원분의 천절한 안내따라 우리은행 명동점에 왔습니다. 그런데 결국 일 처리도 안되었고 직원분의 태도 때문에 기분이 너무 나쁜 상태로 나가게 되었습니다. 이예진님이던가? 제가 외국인이라 그런지 자꾸 소리 크게 내시고 윗사람처럼 세고 가르치는 말투로 처리할 수 있을지 모르겠답니다. 확정한 답변이 없어도 이해가 되지만, 솔직히 고객을 진짜 고객으로 보고 상담하는 말투이신지 의심이 되네요.. 고객응대의 전문성이 떨어져 있어보입니다. 불쾌감을 주면서 상담하시면 그 지점만 아니라 그 은행 자체를 쓰기가 싫어져요. 절대 우리은행 명동점을 이용하지 않겠습니다 : )

Because I'm a foreigner, I don't know if I'll be able to deal with it with a voice that keeps saying loud and counting and teaching like a superior. Even if there is no definitive answer, it is understandable, but honestly, I doubt that you are talking about seeing customers as real customers.. The professionalism of customer service seems to be lacking. If you give them unpleasant advice, you will not want to use the bank itself as well as the branch. I will never use Woori Bank's Myeongdong branch :)
