★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 고장난 에초기를 수리의뢰하려고 방문하였으나 경비원이 들어가지 못하게 제지하였다 아마도 코로나19방역수칙때문인것같다 대신 담당자를 불러주셔서 정문앞에서 A/s접수하였다
내년부터는 이곳에서 A/s를 직접하지않으니 지역의A/센터를 이용하라고 일러주신다
모든 분들이 상냥하고 친절하게 응대해주었다
I visited to request repairs in the initial period of failure, but prevented the security guard from entering. It seems to be due to the COVID-19 quarantine regulations. Instead, I called the person in charge and received A/S in front of the front door.
Since next year, we will not do A/S directly here, so please tell us to use the local A/Center.
