Best Cold noodle restaurant in korea

원	원필름(방송국) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 대전에서 70년 가까이 영업중인 노포식당입니다. 냉면 곱배기로 먹었는데 양많고 맛있습니다. This is a long-established restaurant in Daejeon that has been in business for nearly 70 years. I ate it with naengmyeon gupbaegi, and it was plentiful and delicious.
김	김영훈 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 면이 깔끔하고 국물맛이 독특한데 닭육수 비린맛은 나지않고 생각보다 깨끗한 맛입니다. 다데기를 넣으니 먹을만하다는 리뷰를 봐서, 넣어봤는데 오히려 다데기가 맛을 해치는 거 같습니다. 갑자기 국밥맛이 되서 맛을 버렸네요. 그리고 반찬으로 나오는 무우가 약간 한약맛 같기도한데 냉면과 같이 먹으니 냉면의 심심할 뻔한 맛을 잡아주며 맛이 오묘해지는 것도 같습니다. 냉면 자체로는 문제가 없는데, 만약 사리원 냉면 스타일을 좋아하시는 분들이시라면 아무래도 식초랑 겨자를 넣어서 간을 맞추는게 좋을듯 합니다 The noodles are clean and the soup has a unique taste, but the chicken broth does not have a fishy taste and it tastes cleaner than expected. I saw reviews saying that it was edible when I put it in, so I tried it, but it seems that it actually spoils the taste. It suddenly tasted like soup and I threw it away. And radish, which comes as a side dish, tastes a bit like herbal medicine, but when eaten with naengmyeon, it captures the boring taste of naengmyeon and makes the taste more subtle. Naengmyeon itself is not a problem, but if you like Sariwon Naengmyeon style, it would be better to add vinegar and mustard to match the seasoning.

If you want to have cold noodles as well, then I would like to recommend this place which provides us with unique styles of cold noodles. They're relatively cheap and delicious too. It's a popular restaurant in this area. Today I paid about five dollars for mul-naeng-myeon and enjoyed it a lot. It is close to Sik-jang mountain, so I also recommend that you go hiking up the mountain in the morning and then have lunch here.

I was surprised that this is a little restaurant located in rural part of Daejeon but still has a looot of customers standin in line for noodles. And taste is so nice. The noodle's soup made from chicken stock (other mostly from beef/pork) has clean favour aftermath. The cold noodle taste you won't find anywhere else. That's why They have been survived for more than 30 years. Recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
