★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진하게 우린 사골육수 베이스 짬뽕. 불향이 은은하게 나며 꽤나 매콤한 편이다. 다른 재료로 국물의 향을 꽉 채우지 않고, 사골의 담백함을 어느정도 유지한게 특징. 갠적으로 여기 땡초짬뽕이 상당히 맛있을듯하다. 다음에 재방문 해봐야겠다.
We have beef bone broth-based Jjamppong. It has a mild scent and is quite spicy. It is characterized by maintaining the freshness of the beef bone to some extent without filling the flavor of the soup with other ingredients. In general, I think the Tsangcho Jjamppong here is quite delicious. I'll have to visit again next time.
