It is a little bit to mention the staff who does not have the cheapness at the front center of the service center.

M	MJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2년도 안된 고데기가 사용중 갑자기 불이 붙어서 선이 터졌어요. 상세내용->>> 1. 전화상담 여직원분이 전화로 접수하니 처음엔 다친데없는지 친절하셨는데 제품하잔데 택배접수후 기다리는동안 저의 불편함은 어떻게 할지 말하니 그후 말씀하시는 태도가 별로였어요 전 절대 따지는 말투로 말안하고 침착하게 말했습니다. 방문접수는 당일 처리된다고 안내 받음 2. 방문 남영역까지 더운날 찾아갔습니다. 남영역에서도 꽤 걸어야해요;; 남직원분이셨고, 이분도 메뉴얼대로 다친데 없으시냐 물어봐주셨습니다. 직원분께 불만은 없구, 직원분 입장에서도 메뉴얼대로 말씀하신거같은데, 보증기간1년이 지나서 유상일수도 있다고 안내를 해주시는데. 거기서 유쾌하진 않았어요. 단순고장이면 이해하겠지만 불이 붙어서 위험하고 다칠수도 있는상황이었고 환불이나 새제품 교환이 최소한의 보상이라고 생각하는데, 고객입장인 저로썬 더운날 as센터 찾아가는 수고와 돈까지 낸다면 유닉스회사는 제품하자의 책임은 지지않고 고객에게 책임을 전가하는건가요.. 직원분에게 따지고 싶지 않아서 그냥 유상안내 못받았다고 불이붙어서위험했는데 돈을 내야하냐고 여쭤보니 다시 가서 무상으로 수리된 제품 전달해주셨습니다. 결론 다음부턴 유닉스 제품은 구매안하려구요.
