I only eat beef and it's just a chunk of tenderloin, but I'd like to eat it. It's delicious even if it's cooked tightly. Wagyu is more delicious than expensive Korean beef.

제 갠적인 소견으로 별루였어요.. 저는 도래울쪽에 살아서 검색해서 가보긴 했는데.. 그냥 프렌차이진 삼겹살집.. 그런 분위기여..
평소에 정말 잘 가던 삼겹살집이 좀 멀어서 근처를 뚫어 볼까 해서 갔는데... 다시가진 않을것같아요..
그냥 연인들이 한번 가볼만 한 그런 분위기 정도네요ㅠㅠ

It was a different story because of my resentful opinion.. I lived near Doraewool and searched for it, but it was just a franchised pork belly restaurant.
I went to the Samgyeopsal restaurant, which I used to go really well, so I wanted to see through the neighborhood... I don't think I'll go back.
It's just an atmosphere that lovers should go to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 기본 삼겹 13000원이었고 중량은 150g인가 180g 정도였음.
숙성고기라고 하며, 적당히 두툼했고, 구웠을때 맛있었음.
두 명이 1인분씩 먹었고 두 번에 걸쳐서 구웠는데
첫 판은 마이야르가 기가막히게 됐지만 (살짝 오버쿡?)
두 번째 판은 마이야르라기 보다는 조금 그을린 듯하게 구워졌음. 하지만 두 판 다 맛있었음.
장아찌류의 나물이 맛있고, 고기 찍어 먹는 와사비도 좋은거 쓴거 같고
셀프바에서 넉넉히 제공되는 마늘을 기름에 구워먹으니 기가 막힘.
기본 제공 되는 조개국(조개, 고추, 청경채, 배추, 팽이버섯)을 먹고나니 탄성이 절로 나며 술을 안 할수가 없었음.
지갑은 이렇게 여는 거구나.
대식가에게 어울리는 집은 아닌거 같지만
훌륭한 퀄리티와 적절한 가격을 생각하면 추천 할 만한 고깃집.
The basic samgyeopsal was 13,000 won and the weight was about 150g or 180g.
It is said to be aged meat, it was moderately thick, and it was delicious when grilled.
Two people ate one serving each and baked it in two batches.
In the first edition, Maillard was amazing (slightly overcooked?)
The second plate was slightly char-grilled rather than Maillard. But both plates were delicious.
The pickled vegetables are delicious, and the wasabi used for dipping the meat seems to be good too.
It is amazing to eat garlic, which is provided in abundance at the self-bar, grilled in oil.
After eating the provided shellfish (clams, red pepper, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, enoki mushrooms), I could not stop drinking.
This is how you open your wallet.
I don't think it's a house suitable for a glutton.
Considering the excellent quality and reasonable price, this restaurant is highly recommended.

고기맛은 고기원칙이 낫고,
다른 양념 등은 교대이층집이 조금 더 제 입맛에 맞네요.
The composition is similar to that of the Samgyeopsal franchise Gyodae two-story house.
The taste of meat is better than the meat principle,
As for other seasonings, the two-story house in Gyodae suits my taste a little more.
