★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 모든 직원들이 친절함. 다만, 예약제이므로 사전예약시 말한 점검사항이 아니면 점검및수리가 안되는게 아쉬움. 예약제때문이라고하는데 어느정도 융통성이 필요할듯. 가능하리라 생각됨. 차 라는게 소소하게 갑자기 고장날수도, 점검받을수도 있지않나?

It's because of the reservation system, but it seems that some flexibility is needed. thought to be possible. Isn't it possible that a car can suddenly break down or have it checked?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 성수센터랑 광교센터 두 군데 다니는데 광교가 더 서비스가 좋네요~ 더 빠르고 친절합니다^^
I go to two centers, the Seongsu Center and the Gwanggyo Center, but Gwanggyo offers better service. It is quicker and kinder ^^

사고로 인해 차량이 움직이지 못하는데도 매니져분들 계속 차빼달라고 요구하더라구요 역시 혼다서비스 차량 수리하시는 분들이라서 그런지 고장난차 움직이지 못하는데도 계속 빼라고 합니다
조금 서운 했지만 요즘 코로나때문에 일들이 없어서 예민하신것 같아 죄송하다고 말씀드리고 다행히 견인차량 바로 오셔서 견인 했어요
제가 아닌 혼다 고객이라면 그러지 않았겠죠?
상대방에 대한 배려가 인색한듯해요
여하튼 제 잘못이에요 ㅎㅎㅎ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시설은 나쁘지 않으나 응대해주시는 기술자분(?) 물론 제 차를 담당했던 분이지만 정말 불 친절하시고 뭔 애 꾸지람하듯 차 관리 여태 안하셨나 하는데 같은 말이라도 원칙적으로 이렇게 하셔야 하는데 지금관리가 안되있습니다 ᆢ등 좋게 말씀하셔도되는데 내돈내놓고 서비스 받는데도 무지하게 기분 나빴습니다ᆢ같은돈이라도 여기선 받고싶지 않습니다
