★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심 오마카세 5만원/인당 으로 부모님과 함께 즐겼습니다. 사진은 다찌에 앉아 셰프님하고 이야기하느라 못찍었지만 정말 최고의 맛있는 초밥 종류와 사시미가 나옵니다. 서비스 좋고 친절하고 맛있습니다. 저녁은 초밥보다는 술안주 위주로 사시미가 주로 나온다 합니다. 봉명동 시오에 계시다가 독립하셨고 요식업 30년의 베테랑이십니다. 추천드립니다
Lunch omakase was 50,000 won/person, and I enjoyed it with my parents. I couldn't take a picture because I was sitting at the tachi and talking to the chef, but the sushi and sashimi are the best. Good service, friendly and delicious. In the evening, sashimi is usually served as a side dish rather than sushi. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 숙성회 초밥 입에서 녹네요~^^ 식객초밥, 생선초밥 시켜먹었습니당~ 식객초밥은 모듬초밥 같고, 생선초밥은 좀더 생선회 위주의 초밥들로 나오더라구요! 샐러드랑 소바도 나오고, 해초무침, 곤이, 단호박 등 사이드메뉴도 깔끔하고 맛있었어요. 초밥 잘 못드시는 저희 엄마도 만족하셨어요~ 친절하시기도 하구요~ 잘먹었습니다~☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 생선초밥의 경우 밥과 회의 온도차가 느켜지지않는 그냥 평범한 수준의 마트초밥 정도인데 가격은 그렇지 않음. 여타 초밥도 그다지 특별하지 않았는데 중간중간 보면 종업원 뿐 아니라 만드시는분도 핸드폰 계속 만지작 거리는데, 개인적인 생각으로는 차리리 길건너 이마트 초밥이 더 맛있고 싸고 위생적일듯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 식객(食客)이라는 이름부터가 좀 남다르게 느껴지는 곳으로 '명불허전'이라는 말도 있듯이 이름값을 톡톡히 하는 대전 월평동맛집입니다. 초밥이 눈과 입을 즐겁게 하는 것이라면 저녁시간 가끔 기타연주와 함께 들려주는 주인장의 구성진 노래는 귀를 책임집니다.
