시원한 맛이 좋네요. 여러 복집 가봤지만 이집이 특출나게 시원합니다.

약간 숙성한 것으로 보이는데 쫀득한맛이 일품.
모든 식재료는 국내산이고 전라도식 김치덕에 젓가락질 무한반복.
복맑은탕은 조미료를 별로 넣지않고 식재료 본연의 맛을 살리고자 노력한것같음. 복어 살은 부드럽게 씹히고 쫄깃한 껍질은 완벽한 식감. 시원한 국물을 모르는 사람에게 추천하고 싶은 복지리의 정석.

It looks like it's aged a little, but it's chewy.
All ingredients are domestically produced and the chopsticks are repeated endlessly thanks to Jeolla-style kimchi.
Bokmakguntang seems to have tried to preserve the original taste of ingredients without adding a lot of seasoning. The puffer fish meat is soft and chewy, and the texture is perfect. The standard of Welfare-ri that I want to recommend to those who do not know the cool soup.
A house I want to take my precious guests to.
Top of all the food I ate this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원이 주문할 때 너무 재촉하는 바람에 별은 3개를 주었지만, 맛은 정말 맛있었어요. 복어지리를 먹었는데 2인분 이상 주문하면 회가 서비스로 나와요! 맛은 정말 맛있었습니다~ㅎㅎ
I gave 3 stars because the staff was too hurried to order, but the taste was really good. I ate pufferfish, but if you order more than 2 servings, sashimi comes out as a service! The taste was really good~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 복찜과 대하튀김을 주문했는데, 밑반찬이 많네요. 맛도 좋구요. 자리에서 창너머 경치가 멋진 정원입니다.
I ordered steamed bok choy and fried lobster, and there are many side dishes. It tastes good too. It is a garden with a wonderful view through the window from the seat.
