홍	홍성민 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 토요일에 서울에서 양양으로 여행 갈때 늦게 떠나면 덕소삼패IC(심하면 미사IC)부터 서종IC까지 막힙니다. 월문3터널에서 가변차로가 운영된 후에도 상황은 비슷하고, 터널 안에서 가변차로 이용 시 승차감이 좋지 않아요. 서울양양고속도로 통행료도 8000원 이상 나옵니다(서울 -> 양양 기준). 교통체증, 통행료 때문에 터널 안에서 답답하고 부담되요. - 서울양양'고속도로'가 아니라 서울양양'일반도로'라고 이름 짓는 게 좋을 것 같아요. When traveling from Seoul to Yangyang on Saturday, if you leave late, it will be blocked from Deokso Sampae IC (Misa IC) to Seojong IC.
