★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 주말 오전 센터 방문 했습니다 다른 지점에 비해 사람 많은편이구요 직원분들도 많아요 주차 공간 있고 서비스 받을때 엔지니어분들이 보통 기기가 어떤 상태고 어떤 조치가 필요하다는걸 상세히 설명해줬던거 같은데 여기는 그냥 '무엇무엇을 교체해야 한다 비용 얼마가 든다' 많이 바쁘신듯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facilities are nice and clean. There is a sales floor on the first level, and a sales floor and service center on the second floor. There are many hands-on display sections.
The service agent was able to deal with our broken screen and replace it. There were many people, so the seating was a bit full, and the wait was longer. Fortunately, there is enough seating. We turned in the phone with an explanation and sat down, and waited. After 15-20 minutes my husband noticed another person at the kiosk of the agent we were working with, so he went over to ask if our phone was done. The guy said he would start working on it soon. 10 minutes later, the phone was complete. So, we essentially waited for 30 minutes for a 10-minute job. Anyway, I was happy to get my phone.
